Dear beautiful Laila,
 On my way to Abia state from Port Harcourt, we passed this deplorable road (old pH road in Obigbo that links to Imo river). Mehnnnnnn this road is as bad as anything you can imagine with refuse dumped on both sides. Below are the pictures of the road.
