Woman Finds Condom In Her Sandwich (Photos)

Okay this is just nasty. When I saw this on a friend's Facebook wall, i almost puked. And to think she bit into it???

Is this carelessness? Because i think the only way a condom can get into a sealed sandwich is if someone put it there. Seriously.
