The International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) is the U.S. Department of State’s premier professional exchange program. Through short-term visits to the United States, current and emerging foreign leaders in a variety of fields experience this country firsthand and cultivate lasting relationships with their American counterparts. Professional meetings reflect the participants’ professional interests and support the foreign policy goals of the United States. Rachel will serve as the only Ambassador of Nigeria at this prestigious programme which will be held in Washington and Los Angeles.
On arrival to the US, Rachel will head to Texas for the African Women in Leadership Organisation AWLO Conference which will be grandly made up of great women from a all around Africa. She will host the Redcarpet. Another Redcarpet awaits her in New York at the Nigerian Entertainment Awards NEA. Wow what an Ambassador.
