OMG !!! 2 Men Brutalized and Paraded Naked Around Town For Stealing Goat (Graphic Photo)

Two men was beaten and paraded naked around town after they allegedly stole goats in one of the South Eastern states of the country.

The identity of the men and the location of the act is yet to be revealed as at press time
