Halle Berry could be headed for her third divorce!

According to a source, the actress and her husband-of-two-years, Olivier Martinez, are reportedly filing to end their marriage any day now.


“It seems Halle and Olivier have finally hit the end of the road,” a different insider tells Radar Online. “They’ve weathered a lot of ups and downs in their relationship, but recently Olivier has been completely MIA.”

The first source adds that the Frenchman's temper is a main reason for the split. The 49-year-old famously got into a brawl with Halle's ex, Gabriel Aubry, with whom she shares a seven-year-old daughter, in 2012.

Reports claim that the 48-year-old Oscar winner asked him to attend counseling sessions to deal with his anger but that it was too little too late.

Rumors of a separation recently intensified when Halle was spotted without her wedding ring last month. The pair, who have a 22-month-old son, have also not been photographed together since January.

The Extant star was previously married to David Justice from 1992 to 1997 and Eric Benét from 2001 to 2005.
