According to ChiefBisong Etahoben(@ChiefBisongEta1 on Twitter, an international investigative journalist and newspaper Editor/Publisher, some Cameroonian Governors and local chiefs have approached President Paul Biya to give them permission to fight Boko Haram using witchcraft.
