So Here's How Our First TILB Sponsored Blind Date with a Fellow Reader is Going to Happen

I thank you dearies for the wonderful conversation we had yesterday. Here's what I got from your feedback.

• INTEREST:

Everybody thinks it's a great idea and that we can do it. This is perfect.

• WHO & WHO WILL BE GOING ON THE DATES:

Initially, what I had in mind was a male TILB reader with a female TILB reader, obviously they need to be single so that we don't put anybody's marriage at risk *winks*. But after reading your comments, here are the modifications:

• A main reader will get nominated and he or she chooses who he or she goes on the date with.
• That means the meet dates can be between a male/female or male/male or female/female. Or do we include group dates - involving more than two readers that stay in the same location?
• Married readers are involved too. When you get nominated, you can pick someone of the same sex you want to go on the date with or you can also get picked.

• HOW WILL THE DATES BE RUN:

Our very first couple to go on a date will get N20,000 spending allowance. Each of you will be credited with N10k each.

You two will hook up and arrange a date at a public place like a restaurant with fancy meals and drinks. That will followed with an after meal fun treat that could be: going to watch a movie together, go play or watch a live game, visit a fun park, anything, something interesting to go do together.

You will send us pictures right from the second you start dressing at home. Clean photos along with comments about what's going on in your mind and what's happening in each pic.

Have it at the back of your mind that readers will finish you with yabs if you fcuk up. lol.

And then, your honest conclusion about the date and the person you finally met one on one after you two have parted and gone back to your various homes.

• WHO CAN GET NOMINATED FOR THE DATES?

The dates apply to every TILB reader that has an identity and is willing to participate. Cos we need to know you and for you to also be nominated.

• WHEN WILL OUR FIRST TILB COUPLE GO ON THEIR DATE?

As soon as we conclude this thinking process and pick our couple. The money is already ready. I can't wait to do this, guys. I'm so excited to see our first couple.

• HOW OFTEN WILL THE TILB DATES HOLD?

For now, I'm thinking every two months. Or what do you think?

• HOW DO WE NOMINATE WHICH TILB READER GOES ON THE DATE FOR THE MONTH?

TILB reader Tess made a suggestion which I bought. But we still need more ideas on how to fine tune it. She said:

People should vote. Whoever has the highest vote gets to pick his/her date. If the person with the highest vote doesn't want to take part, the next person gets to go.

So I'm thinking, should we pick who goes on the date like this:

To vote, readers will be asked, who do you want to see go on a date this month? And then the nomination starts. Readers will nominate three persons each which can include themselves and any other two people they will want to see go on the date. 

Whoever gets the highest number of votes wins. 

And to protect identities from 'I thought you were my friend, why didn't you pick me?'', votes will be done using Anonymous mode and not real names.

Is this ok? Please I need your suggestions.  Which other thing did I miss out?
